Receptionist - Bourne Hall 

Do you have proven skills in a front line Customer Service environment? Can you demonstrate a flexible attitude to customer service whilst maintaining a calm and professional approach?

As the first point of contact for all visitors to the venue, we are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated person to provide support to the Bourne Hall Site Manager and Events Team by ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk, foyer area, art exhibitions, room bookings and meeting catering provision at the venue.

Financial Administration Officer

In this role, you will assist the team with financial administrative processes, including processing journals, reconciliation of the Council’s bank account, cash book, general ledger and clearing suspense accounts. You will also provide all round support to the team, by assisting and providing cover for other team members on debtors, creditors and cashiers when required.
