Stay safe, keep hydrated

Dehydration means your body loses more fluids than you take in. This can be a real problem when it’s hot, especially for babies, children and older adults who are most at risk. If it's not treated, it can become a serious problem.
Drinking plenty of water is one of the easiest ways to keep hydrated and protect yourself especially during the hot summer months. If you're heading to one of our green spaces or walking through the town centre, look out for our public water fountains to top up your bottle:
