Hats off to the Rotary Clubs of Ewell and of Epsom for organising another stonking Borough Fun Day – we have pictures in this issue.

The Fun Day is the finale of the Borough’s summer activities and as we step into autumn there’s the two WW1 commemoration events to look forward to. The Bourne Hall WW1 weekend is full of free family activities. Epsom in Harmony see’s various community musical groups getting together for an evening charity concert – information for both events can be found in this issue.

Looking further forward, next year see’s the local and general elections. The Council is holding a non-political prospective candidates evening to encourage residents to find out about being a councillor and hopefully put themselves forward in the local elections in 2015. If you care about your community, why not pop along – details of the evening can be found in the community section of this newsletter.
