NHS - Every Mind Matters

Help others who may be struggling with their mental wellbeing during the COVID-19 crisis. The start to this year is very different to others, people may be feeling low or anxious. Read the NHS tips on what you can do to help them at:

Courses are available to any adult (aged 16 and over) living in Surrey and experiencing any form of mental health and/or emotional wellbeing issues (no diagnosis needed). 

To access any of the free courses, you'll need to be registered with Mary Frances Trust first (visit and click on "Register With Us" tab). Once fully registered, contact Mary Frances Trust to book your place at 01372 375400, text 07929 024722 (SMS service) or email for the Zoom link.
