Courses are available to any adult (aged 16 and over) living in Surrey and experiencing any form of mental health and/or emotional wellbeing issues (no diagnosis needed).
To access any of the free courses, you'll need to be registered with Mary Frances Trust first (visit www.maryfrancestrust.org.uk and click on "Register With Us" tab).
