Team Epsom & Ewell will once again be sponsored by Better.

Help others, help yourself – try volunteering
Volunteers are reckoned to be healthier, happy and more plugged into their local community than the general population. Older volunteers gain most from being more active and socialising while younger ones can gain new skills and enhance their CV. And helping others intrinsically makes us feel good about ourselves.RBHBlogo

If you’re over 16 and would like to dip a toe into the world of volunteering, the Specsavers Surrey Youth Games is looking for helpers around the weekend of 15/16 June. The Games are the biggest annual youth sporting event in the county and have been running for 22 years, but they couldn’t take place without a small army of supporters who help in event and general spectator management.
