Mars Just Play
FA Mars Just Play centres allow anyone to get involved in playing football aged 16 or over. The first session in Epsom starts Monday 27 January at Court Recreation Ground 3G AstroTurf surface, Pound Lane, Epsom KT19 8SB from 6-7pm. Cost £3. Epsom Sharks Basketball Club
Started in September 2013 following the success of the boys and girls teams at the P&G Surrey Youth Games. The Club is welcoming new players to attend training and take part in friendly matches before they enter the league later in the year. Training is held on Monday evenings at Blenheim High School. Touchtennis mix in/ taster sessions
'Touchtennis’ is an attractive alternative to the mainstream game. Played on a reduced size court with foam balls and 21 inch kids racquets, its carefully calibrated regulations aim to level the playing field. Ebbisham Sports Club are holding a weekly mix - in session every Tuesday from 6.30pm, racquets and equipment provided, £2.50. Please call 01372 720647 for more information.

Wheels for All
At The Harrier Centre, King George's Recreational Ground, Poole Road, West Ewell KT19 9RY. Thursday's: 3-5.15pm; Saturday's: 1.30-4pm. Sessions for adults every Thursday 1-3pm, £2 per person. The Wheels for All initiative is a nationally recognised programme that embraces all children and adults with disabilities and differing needs, to engage in a quality cycling activitiy. By using specially adapted cycles, the activities are both physically and mentally stimulating and above all fun for everyone involved. Aimed at the over 55s, it is a slow-paced version of the beautiful game designed to help people keep an active lifestyle despite their age. Endorsed by Surrey FA, it is an excellent sport for those that want to try something new, as well as getting those back playing football who had to stop due to injuries. Enjoy the outdoors, step into fitness and walk your way to health
Epsom and Ewell Health Walks is a voluntary group offering a full programme of healthy walks throughout Epsom and Ewell on three days of the week: Mondays (half hour), Wednesdays (one hour) and Sundays (one hour). All our walks are mapped out and led by trained walk leaders. Open to all ages and abilities. No booking required.
