Council tax

Council tax bills are now hitting the doormats.

Your council tax pays for services provided by Surrey County Council, Surrey Police and us.

In the last issue of e-Borough Insight we highlighted the budget decisions that formed this Council's portion of your Council Tax (you can re-visit the article here).

In the past, councils and the police produced booklets to explain Council Tax in more detail which were sent out with the bills. As part of efforts to reduce costs, this no longer happens but the information is still available, online. This years information from this Council is here, the information from Surrey County Council is here and the information from Surrey Police is here.
