Free activities and classes throughout the week: 

Smartcare Clinic, 9am - 5pm
Adult Social Care, Surrey County Council (by appointment only).

Carers Support Group, 10.30am-12noon
Alzheimer's Society - Fourth Monday of every month.

Sound Healing and Meditation & Relaxation, 11am-12noon
These sessions alternate with the carers support group, for dates please check with the Wellbeing Centre.

Information and Advice Drop In, 1.30pm-3pm

Tennis, 1.45pm-2.45pm
Enhancing flexibility, co-ordination and balance.

Japanese Memory Group, 10 - 11am
Enhancing cognitive functions.

Resistance Band & Weight Training, 1.30pm-2.30pm
Muscle strengthening exercise.

Advice Drop In, 9.30am - 12noon
Adult Social Care, Surrey County Council

Advice Drop In, 9.30am - 11am
Sight for Surrey - Last Wednesday of every month.

Springboard into Activity, 10am - 12noon
Reminiscence - enhancing communication skills.

Music Therapy, 1pm - 2pm
Wellbeing through music.

Mood Management Group, 10am - 12noon
Older Persons Mental Health Services - by invite only

Japanese Memory Group, 10am - 11am
Enhancing cognitive functions.

Pets As Therapy (PAT Dogs), 10am - 11am

Epsom & Ewell Borough Council Home Improvement Agency, 10am - 12noon
First Friday of every month.

Social Morning, 11.30am-12.30pm
Everyone welcome for tea, coffee and chat.

Stimulating Visual Arts Group, 1pm-3pm
Enhancing expression, creativity and focus.  

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - Community Alarm and Telecare demonstration suite open. Drop in anytime to view the equipment
